At a young age learning how to cope with trauma, anger, and life; I knew I wanted to help others transform their lives. As I matured, life became even more challenging. After exploring various careers, I finally found my calling when I decided to take charge of my life and knowing that my story matters. Once deciding to walk in my calling I haven’t looked back.
My mission has been to help empower and transform the lives of others through story telling endurance and transformation, learning how mindfulness and positive psychology help me navigate many life changing events. I coach and speak in hopes not only to motivate and encourage others to overcome their most challenging obstacles but for them to transform so they too can start living happier and healthier lifestyles. My life experiences has fully equipped me to facilitate, coach, guide, support and assist in building the life one clearly deserves.
